Today's focus is page 3 of your assignment packet, which is your theme chart. The theme is the deeper meaning, life lesson, moral lesson, or analysis of human nature in a story.
Novels often have more than one theme in the story. On this sheet, you will first write down each of the themes from your book. Then, in the second column you will give textual evidence (a quote) from your book showing this theme. Finally, in the last column you will give an explanation and analysis of how this theme is conveyed (shown) throughout your story. **Also, follow our class Instagram @missmuellersclass . I am posting explanation videos, reminders, and going live daily for tutoring/extra help. As always, feel free to email me or text me on Remind if you have any questions!
